Where will sessions be held?

We are currently meeting with clients through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth software. All sessions are strictly virtual.

How long are sessions?

Sessions range from 45-50 minutes at the frequency identified by the client. Extended sessions may be available for additional fees. Please call to discuss these options.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • In-Network: We currently in-network with Carefirst BlueCross and BlueShield and Cigna

Why self pay?

Clients opt not to utilize their insurance for therapy for various reasons. Some may lack insurance coverage for mental health services. Choosing to pay privately offers the utmost confidentiality in accessing services. There is no disclosure of service details to the insurance company, and there is no obligation to provide documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, etc. Furthermore, obtaining services through insurance necessitates a mental health diagnosis, whereas a self-pay option doesn't mandate any diagnosis.
